No. Lodiaaa strictly allows only one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our

The minimum deposit at Lodiaaa is ₱100 for e-wallets like GCash and Maya. For bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet, the minimum is ₱200. There's no maximum deposit limit, but very large transactions may trigger our standard security verification process as part of responsible financial monitoring.
GCash withdrawals from Lodiaaa are usually processed within 1–3 hours during regular business hours (8 AM – 10 PM Philippine Standard Time). Requests made outside those hours are processed the next business day. Maya withdrawals follow the same timeline. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet typically take 1–2 business days. Make sure your GCash number is the same one linked to your Lodiaaa account.
Lodiaaa does not charge any internal processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for outgoing InstaPay transfers. Always check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. Lodiaaa will never deduct hidden charges from your deposited or withdrawn amount.
Most deposits reflect within a few minutes. If your balance hasn't updated after 15 minutes, first check if the transaction went through on your GCash or bank app. If you have a confirmed transaction reference number, screenshot it and contact Lodiaaa customer support immediately. Include your account username and the transaction details so the team can trace and resolve it quickly. Do not deposit again until the issue is resolved to avoid double charges.
